Rain! A Reason to Celebrate
Praise the Lord, it finally rained here in our neck of the woods! Even though the rain was on the chilly side (or so Mama and Dada thought), Mason was ecstatic about running around and splashing in the puddles. What's that children's song? "Drip drip drop, little April (or September) showers. We're getting wet, and we don't care at all!" That pretty much covers Mason's feelings!

Oh my goodness, what an angel! I feel like I'm missing so much fun with you guys! Thank you for commenting on our blog today. Garin decided to completely reconfigure my computer (I don't even pretend to know how.) while playing a game on sesamestreet.com last week. I was able to get my documents and iTunes back, but I lost all of my internet favorites, including your blog address. Now I have you again! You've really been on my mind today, and it was so good to hear from you! I am planning a trip back to IL next month, probably Oct 9-14 or so. I'll let you know when I figure it out for sure. I definitely want to see you while we're there! Love you so much!
I haven't had a little one out in the rain for awhile. I forget how fun it is! Miss you guys. One of these days we will be making a trip to Chicago again and maybe we can have lunch.
